I sometimes feel there's little between the big two. In terms of annoyance, they both come out on top at different times. Time was, I considered changing over to typepad as blogger seemed to be always playing up... not letting me upload pictures, having too much downtime - but then I got involved with typepad through it's a creative world and having to upload my projects etc there - Oh... and then my troubles really began.
I absolutely hate the compose thing on typepad! Ever since they made their 'improvements' a few weeks back I've struggled... it's SO slow... it's unstable, i've saved, but lost stuff... In a word it's a flamin nightmare... grr! It really does do my head in!
Anyone else suffer this way... or does it just hate me personally...?
Ok, time for some calming thoughts.....
So - look at these beautiful swans in the park...
Ahhh........ beautiful.....
Now, this was just before Mattie got her head stuck in the railings...
Oh yes, she did, the poor poppet got stuck... And stuck proper! Course I didn't get a picture of that... because her mother was yelling the baby's got it's head stuck - and I, thinking she meant a baby swan, was hanging over the rail with my nose almost in the water trying to see.... and when I realised it was Matilda I screamed - and then SHE screamed, and then all hell let loose....
Obviously, in the confusion, I missed my opportunity to snap the action.... and fortunately, we did manage to get her out without calling the fire brigade... Thank heaven's for small mercies... because it wouldn't be the first time Donna and I have had the fire brigade called out while on a shopping trip. But ahem, that's another story and another town...
See - she's ok... she survived :-)
That's it Mattie... you just smell the flowers love... and keep away from the water!

yeah, it's a toss up between the two. I changed over to typepad a month ago, and I'm mostly happy with it. But I think I still have the old compose screen, so we'll see what happens when they switch me over!
